Role Description
Our client have an exciting opportunity to bring on a Programme Manager who will provide strategic guidance to & own/direct ownership to project teams that will promote the company’s culture, enhance the client relationship, and drive revenue growth.
With previous experience delivering Global Technology Programs, the ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and communicator, with experience of managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.
Through the development of efficient strategies and tactics the role holder will provide drive to achieve client goals and objectives, possessing not only the ability to deliver the clients Vision, Business Case, and associated benefits, but also, (when necessary) can help & support the client with their understanding of their pipeline and associated delivery schedule, translating the world of AV into something the client understands.
Role Requirements
- Ensures appropriate stakeholder management across the programme.
- Acts as a liaison between Sales, Project Management and Engineering to manage schedules and deliverables, ensuring that timelines are met.
- Primary post-sales point of contact for key client team members.
- Provides escalation for the client and internal program stakeholders.
- Manages service level agreements (SLAs) for the program including escalation workflows, reporting, and compliance.
- Escalates critical items to leadership and provides follow through to completion.
- Partners with the client to understand the scope of work and promote a timely and successful implementation.
- Provides cross region and/or specialty coordination and ensures consistent delivery processes for strategic programs.
- Establishes an integrated implementation schedule to track critical dependencies, tasks, and milestones.
- Accountable for the timely, successful conclusion of all projects within the program.
- Drives consistent implementation by coordinating with regional teams and appropriate client groups.
- Sets and enforces standards for all client-facing communications.
- Ensures client enterprise standards and processes, i.e., asset management and monitoring, DSP configurations, scheduling configurations, network design coordination, etc. are known throughout the company and adhered to at a high level of quality, performing audits where appropriate.
- Ensures a seamless transition to our service organisation upon completion.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience of delivering Global Technology programs in a program level role.
- Proven experience of technology-based Programme Management.
- Holder of a current recognised Programme Management Qualification, (MSP).
- Prior experience of Project & Program Finance Management, for revenue profiles over $20m per annum.
- Experience working in a managed service provider
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
- Experience of delivery in an organisation where differing transactional, and “go to market” strategies are deployed across the various Divisions/Regions/Countries
- Delivery of Projects/Programs in an organisation which is undergoing a significant business change, (ERP migration).
- Experience of Jira, Monday.com or other Project Management tool advantageous.
- Experience working in audio-visual industry desired.

- Occasional travel by car and airplane trips are required.
