ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Recruiter with them, your job will be sourcing and placing top-tier sales candidates with leading companies in the UK and USA. You’ll take a hands-on approach to identifying, assessing, and interviewing exceptional talent, ensuring the perfect match for their clients. With robust systems, tools, and team support, you’ll have everything you need to excel.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in refining the company’s recruitment tools and technology by working closely with the CEO and product team. This is an opportunity to not only develop your skills as a recruiter but also to shape the future of recruitment technology.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use their platform cutting-edge technology to review applications and identify top-performing sales professionals
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills and ensure alignment with client requirements
- Present candidates to clients in a polished and professional manner, consistently meeting high standards
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, engaging with top talent to build a strong pipeline
- Communicate effectively with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and avoiding gaps in communication
- Craft compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates
- Maintain up-to-date records within the company's applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with the CEO and Operations Lead to manage client relationships and exceed client expectations
- Provide insights and feedback to the Tech & Product team, contributing to the continuous improvement of their tools and technology
