Role Description
Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads through outreach and discovery, helping to build a strong pipeline for the sales team. The successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to build relationships with potential customers and help build a pipeline of new business with a strategic consultative selling approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential new customers using various prospecting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Lusha, etc.)
- Book meetings with new and existing clients through inbound campaign and self-generated outbound activity
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and articulate a clear understanding of the companies go to market offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on sales accepted leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot.
- Track outreach metrics and regular reporting on performance.
- Continuously improve messaging and outreach tactics through feedback.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Knowledge and application of a wide range of sales techniques and concepts.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts and business value.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
