We partner with James White Sales, a specialist sales consultancy that works with business owners and sales leaders to develop sales strategies, train their teams, and ultimately help them scale, grow revenue, and prepare for a valuable business exit
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable copywriter with around two years of experience to help us craft content that drives leads, builds trust, and grows visibility, for ourselves and for our clients. You’ll work across two ambitious, fast-paced businesses.
In this role, you’ll produce copy for emails, blog articles, and social posts. As well as writing Guides and emails. You’ll write for a range of B2B brands, so the ability to quickly understand different industries, tones of voice, and audiences is a must. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to deliver punchy, purposeful copy that gets results.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Responsibilities
Write compelling, engaging copy for emails, social posts, blogs and articles and guides.
Blogs must be well-structured and SEO-optimised
Adapt tone and messaging to suit a range of brands, audiences, and sectors
Seek guidance from marketing team leader and head of marketing, but have the ability to edit and proof your own work,
Use SEO principles and keyword research tools to increase content reach
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years’ experience writing copy and content professionally
A portfolio that showcases your versatility across formats (email, blog, social)
Solid understanding of SEO and how to write for both humans and search engines
Strong attention to detail, you should spot typos and tone slips a mile off
Ability to manage your own workload, hit deadlines, and work to brief with minimal supervision
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and adapting your writing style accordingly
A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to grow with the role
Familiarity with social media trends and experience creating content for various digital platforms.
Preferably: you’ve worked with sales teams or B2B service businesses.
