Role Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven financial Advisor to join a growing team within a values-led organisation. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored financial planning solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. This role offers a blend of autonomy, client interaction, and long-term career development in a supportive and professional setting.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver personalised, holistic financial advice in line with clients’ individual needs and circumstances
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and transparency
Conduct thorough reviews to assess the ongoing suitability of clients' financial plans
Keep up to date with market developments, products, and regulatory changes
Collaborate with internal teams, including paraplanners and administrators, to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
Contribute to the growth of the business through referrals and client development opportunities
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a client-facing financial advisory role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong understanding of the financial planning process and regulatory environment
A proactive, ethical, and client-focused approach to advice and service
Ability to manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and care
Desirable Skills and Experience
Progress toward Chartered Financial Planner status
Experience with financial planning tools and CRM systems
A track record of generating new business through referrals or networking
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
