CRM Implementation Accreditation, Platform Enablement Accreditation, Data Migration, Accreditation, Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation, Onboarding Accreditation.
Role Description
They’re always on the lookout for consultants who know HubSpot but might have different specialist areas. Maybe you’re a Marketing, Sales or Service expert passionate about how HubSpot can be used to attract, engage and delight customers. Custom coded features and integrations might be your thing, because you understand the power of a connected tech stack. Or perhaps it’s data that drives you, and you want to help our customers harness it to make better decisions.
Role Responsibilities
You’ll deliver high energy, high impact workshops to scope out what your customers need. You recognise that the bigger the challenge you take on, the bigger the impact you can have on their business.
As a HubSpot Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the integrity of our CRM data, ensuring that it is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date by regularly maintaining and cleaning company and contact records
- Acting as a key enabler for the organisation’s adoption and effective use of HubSpot, working closely with the Leadership Team to ensure proper data entry and management practices are followed
- Organising and optimising data sets to facilitate reporting, insights, and analysis.
- Addressing and resolving inquiries related to CRM data, offering expert guidance and providing necessary support for data-related tasks
- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive CRM efficiency and continuous improvement in usage
