Vicit Limited is a growth advisory consultancy in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), industry dedicated to helping founders and business leaders of software and consulting firms navigate the many pitfalls that can befall them on their journey to growth and ultimately exit.
We specialise in building in the science behind scale; we design and deliver growth frameworks, develop hiring strategies and provide sales and leadership advisory support.
Our client engagements usually begin with a full diagnosis of the current state of the business. The output of which is a substantial report outlining issues, gap analysis (against their goals) and from there, we recommend actions, projects and a roll out strategy and provide operational and advisory support as required.
To further complement our services, we have a growing talent practice which focuses on finding the best candidates on the market with a ‘non-recruitment’ founding team. Our approach is very different to standard recruiters, and as a result, we can get to candidates that typical agencies cannot reach. We also have an Events arm which specialises in leadership summits which gives business leaders time away to work “on” rather than “in” the business with access to specialist advisors and growth experts.
