Role Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role at the beginning of the sales journey. You are responsible for generating, qualifying, and developing high-quality leads that fuel the sales pipeline across the Nordic markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partners, you act as a key link between market opportunity and commercial success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, strategic conversations, and building long-term value with clear growth opportunities toward an account management or sales position.
Role Responsibilities
Actively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, social selling, and targeted campaigns
Build, manage, and continuously enrich a strong and qualified sales pipeline
Engage with both new prospects and an existing customer base
Identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and secure high-quality sales meetings
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to convert leads into opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Analyse sales activities, track performance, and report on pipeline and lead trends
Develop and present tailored sales quotes and proposals
Support strategic sales initiatives, marketing events, and growth projects
Act as a trusted point of reference and mentor for junior colleagues
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or commercial prospecting
Solid understanding of early-stage sales processes, including lead generation and qualification
Strong, hands-on experience with Sales Navigator and other prospect mapping tools
Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Analytical mindset combined with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Ambition to grow within a commercial organisation and evolve toward broader sales responsibilities
