They have a Nordic branch, located in Stockholm and are looking for someone dynamic and proactive to own the end-to-end delivery process and manage projects.

Role Description

They are looking for a Tagetik Lead Consultant (Consolidation and/or FP&A), located in Swede. The Senior Consultant will oversee the implementation and optimisation of CCH Tagetik solutions for clients, manage project deliverables, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing solutions, data modelling, configuring the software, providing training, and ensuring projects meet specified goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive problem-solving will be key aspects of this role.

Role Responsibilities

• Support and coach junior consultants on operational activities; review deliverables quality and consistency

• Contribute to project design by gathering requirements and producing project documentation (meeting minutes, Business Blueprint, technical documentation, mock-up templates)

• Deliver training sessions independently for clients and/or internal teams

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor progress, provide status updates, and proactively flag risks or critical issues

• Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT): execute test cases together with the client collect and classify incidents; help define timelines and ownership for incident resolution

• Provide similar support during Application Maintenance Services (AMS) after go-live

• Continuously update your knowledge on methodologies, tools, and relevant technologies

Essential Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Finance processes in at least one of the following areas: Closing, Consolidation, BP&F, CFP, PCP&C, ESG, Pillar II

• Ability to work independently with CCH Tagetik (Data Model, Financial Reporting, ETL, AIH)

• Strong proficiency in CCH Tagetik in at least one of the following engines: Closing, Consolidation, BP&F, CFP, PCP&C, ESG, Pillar II

• Database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and strong Excel proficiency

• Excellent spoken and written English, enabling fluent participation in meetings and independent drafting of technical and commercial documents

• Full knowledge of contractual documentation (offers, engagement letters, appendices)
