They have a Nordic branch, located in Stockholm and are looking for someone dynamic and proactive to own the end-to-end delivery process and manage projects.
Role Description
They are looking for a Tagetik Lead Consultant (Consolidation and/or FP&A), located in Swede. The Senior Consultant will oversee the implementation and optimisation of CCH Tagetik solutions for clients, manage project deliverables, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing solutions, data modelling, configuring the software, providing training, and ensuring projects meet specified goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactive problem-solving will be key aspects of this role.
Role Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end solution architecture for Tagetik, including data model design, hierarchy structures, consolidation logic, allocation rules, reporting packages, workflows, and governance frameworks
Oversee full project delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client requirements
Advise on finance transformation initiatives such as target operating models, close‑process acceleration, modernised planning frameworks, and data governance improvements
Ensure solution security and compliance, including access management, auditability, workflow controls, and alignment with corporate governance standards
Contribute to pre‑sales activities, including discovery discussions, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, effort estimation, and proposal development
Mentor and guide consultants, reviewing deliverables and contributing to reusable assets, accelerators, and best‑practice methodologies
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong experience configuring and implementing CCH Tagetik solutions, with expertise in Financial Close, Consolidation, and Reporting
Background in Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, and ESG/Sustainability Reporting
Solid capabilities in data modelling, data transformation, and system integration
Project management strengths paired with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as IFRS 16 and other finance‑related standards
Technical proficiency with tools supporting finance and ESG reporting; SQL skills are an advantage
Ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid working environments, demonstrating both independence and flexibility
