Job title: Delivery Manager - Finance Transformation Consulting

About the Opportunity

Reporting into the Global Consulting Leadership team, you'll take ownership of project delivery across the Nordic region while helping develop a high-performing consulting practice.

You'll work closely with enterprise customers throughout the full project lifecycle, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders whilst ensuring successful delivery of multiple transformation programmes.

Alongside project leadership, you'll coach and develop consultants, help scale the regional team and contribute towards the long-term growth strategy across the Nordic market.

Travel across Sweden and the wider Nordic region will form part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple enterprise Finance Transformation projects.

• Build trusted relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior business stakeholders.

• Manage project governance, planning, budgeting, resource allocation and delivery quality.

• Lead, mentor and develop a growing consulting team.

• Support recruitment and onboarding as the Nordic practice expands.

• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support business growth and client development.

• Act as the senior delivery lead for the Nordic region.

• Drive continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and consulting best practice.

• Work closely with international consulting teams to share knowledge and support wider strategic initiatives.

About You

You'll likely come from a consulting or professional services background and have experience leading enterprise transformation programmes within Finance, Performance Management or EPM technologies.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience leading project delivery within a consulting environment.

• Experience managing or mentoring consulting teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage executive-level clients.

• A commercial mindset with an interest in helping grow a consulting practice.

• Experience delivering Finance Transformation or Enterprise Performance Management programmes.

• Knowledge of platforms such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Board, Anaplan or similar EPM solutions would be highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance technical delivery with business outcomes.
