Nick has been in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/CPM) and Analytics sector since 2005, joining a company called Inca Software which eventually became part of Logicalis. A problematic acquisition, it became abundantly clear it wasn't the right business to do right by staff or clients, so in 2011 Nick co-founded Sempre Analytics with the belief that there was a better way to do business.

Sempre subsequently became one of the largest IBM Analytics Partners in Europe, before expanding its capabilities into EPM, automation and data management/integration technologies. Nick underpinned Sempre's success and consistent growth with a great culture, effective governance and a robust Sales and Marketing methodology.

In 2019 Nick retired from Sempre, remaining on its board, to focus on advising other founders and business leaders in this space, designing and delivering growth frameworks.  

As clients began asking for his support to find strategically important talent, Nick found that through speaking with many great people in the sector, there was a real need for more authentic, experienced and frank conversations, in particular when discussing potential career moves. Our resourcing practice was launched with an absolute specialism in EPM, data and analytics.

In his spare time Nick gets outdoors either with his dog or attempting adventures that are usually way beyond his capability (and waistline).
