So we mean this: a team who works as a team.  Functions like Sales and Services working together, to do the right thing, support someone when they need help, roll up their sleeves up and dive in to help clients. 

    The structure for career progression is clear. Roles, responsibilities and accountabilities are in place and held up.

  • Our founder's previous business developed a culture from that top down that became the key differentiator for the business.  It became a great and safe place to work.
