ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in sales outreach and client communication to expand Growth Resourcing’s market presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Reaching out to potential clients (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn)
• Qualifying leads and booking meetings with decision-makers
• Managing your outreach in our CRM
• Following up with leads and staying consistent with your pipeline
• Working closely with our team to meet client goals
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in outbound sales, outreach, or client communication (Preferably SDR experience)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and writing clear outreach messages
• Organized and good at managing your time and tools
• Driven, coachable, and ready to grow in a sales career
