ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative with a proven track record in FinTech and IT sectors to drive business development, nurture client relationships, and support our continued expansion
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FinTech and IT industries.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored staffing or talent solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent Growth Resourcing at industry events, networking functions, and webinars.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into FinTech and/or IT sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative selling approach with an ability to understand client pain points and deliver value.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong business acumen.
