Role Description
A vacancy for a Senior Sales Manager has arisen within the UK Sales organisation. This senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to influence strategic revenue growth within an established team of high-performing professionals dedicated to expanding our client’s Audio Visual integration business.
You will take a strategic hunter role, applying a consultative solutions-led sales approach. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will collaborate closely with the sales leadership, design, and delivery teams to shape complex AV environments and accelerate market penetration. You will hold primary accountability for developing high-value client relationships and driving significant net-new and expansion revenue.
Role Requirements
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure Audio Visual integration opportunities across the enterprise corporate sector and adjacent growth markets.

Serve as the strategic lead for major opportunities, overseeing the development of proposals for customer and RFP engagements and acting as the executive-level relationship owner.

Partner with the EMEA Sales & Marketing VP to quickly understand the commercial landscape and align sales efforts with regional and global strategy.

Work with the EMEA Sales & Marketing VP to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that delivers against corporate revenue and profitability objectives.
- Represent the organisation as a senior commercial professional, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of audiovisual and collaboration technologies, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to interpret, synthesise, and influence AV system design concepts.
- Advanced business negotiation and commercial acumen, with a proven track record of closing complex solution-led deals.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal technical and commercial teams.
- High professional integrity, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills in customer-facing scenarios.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a senior sales capacity, demonstrating strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Active and disciplined use of CRM systems to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain opportunity visibility.
- Willingness to participate in national and regional calls to monitor market activity and contribute insights.
