Role Overview

Our client have a unique opportunity for a Senior AV Project Manager to join their growing Project Delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to join their new and growing team in the Media side of the business. In this role, you will be aligned with their Enterprise accounts, requiring close attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, and a comprehensive approach to project management. The role will cover a broad range of project and client types, from stadiums, arenas, and venues to corporates and consultant-led projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the Project Lifecycle - project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, managing deliverables from engineering, CAD, and Programming, and overseeing the completion of projects.
• Completing systems integration projects on time, on budget, and achieving high customer satisfaction from customers. Most of the time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. 
• Managing the client relationship, including expectations, communications, and satisfaction.
• Designing, planning, and coordinating work teams with regard to AVE installation projects.
• Ensuring schedule performance, quality of solution delivered to the client, and client satisfaction.

Essential Criteria 

• Demonstrable experience as a project manager in a client-facing technology sector, delivering complex & demanding projects.
• Experience with audio/video systems, Enterprise Voice, or Unified Communications.
• High level of experience in delivering structured projects in line with waterfall and PRINCE2 methodologies.
• A strong technical background in Pro AV engineering, installation, design, and overall knowledge, especially LED walls.
• Strong focus on understanding, developing, documenting, and delivering the client’s overall user journey, workflow, and outcomes. This role takes a more consultative approach to project delivery.
• Ability and skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political, and people-related problems.
• Great people leadership skills are required. Strong financial background in project cost accounting.
• A recognized Project Management Qualification (PMI, Prince 2 Practitioner, etc.

Desirable Criteria

• AVIXA CTS, CTS-I or CTS-D certification
• Other relevant certifications
